Paul

Former RAF Regiment Paul is another in the long line of ex military people who have been taught how to get fit and stay fit in true military style. This coupled with the latest information and training since being out the military he is another who, if you want it, can get you there and way better than you ever expected! Fitness has been a part of his life since being in the RAF and has stayed a big part of his life; passing on his knowledge to others and helping people get the body shape and fitness levels they want is now what is his motivation in life. A qualified CPO (bodyguard) and door supervisor means Paul is well versed in self defence and conflict management/resolution and in order to carry out these roles regularly, fitness plays a big part of his daily life.

Paul is a staff member of both Map Challenges and Map Fitness and enjoys the variety of the work, helping young people to get fit and learn communication skills one minute to having a laugh with a hen party the next. Paul is also a keen member of the charity fund raising crew. He was injured when the team took part in the 3 peaks challenge and as a result is hard at the training to be part of the team on the 5 peaks challenge to be done later this year.

‘I missed out last time and I am determined not to miss out this time, I’ll be using the same mental strength and fitness techniques that I will happily share with anyone who wants to get fit with us by visiting our classes’ said Paul.
