Food/eating habit information
As already discussed this is an essential part of the ‘change you’ plan, if you think you are going on a diet then no doubt you will mentally rebel and will achieve success whilst you are on ‘the diet’ but may slip back once you stop being on ‘the diet’ A far better approach to the eating situation is ‘NOT TO DIET’ yes you read that right we are saying ‘DO NOT DIET’!
The hardest part of what we are about to suggest to you is that to begin this process you have to be ‘completely honest’ anything less than this will mean you will achieve less than you want to but you will be responsible for the lack of success. If you are ‘COMPLETELY’ honest you will be responsible for the success you will enjoy!
In the words of a famous person ‘the journey of a 1000 miles begins with the very first step’ and this is what we want you to do;
Download our Food Diary Template this will become your own personal ‘FOOD JOURNAL’, how you use this is simple to state but much more difficult to do HONESTLY. You need to record everything you eat and everything you drink for 7 full days; you need to say what it was and the amount you ate and what time it was.
Once this is complete you need to e-mail or hand this to us and we will get a top nutritional expert to mark your homework on your own journal, fine tuning your eating and drinking habits to show you how you can change what you are doing with small amendments to improve your eating habits which will assist you in your quest to become the new you. This approach will hopefully show you that you do not need a radical change and stop eating everything you are and replacing it with a completely new content therefore putting you on a DIET, it should show you how to fine tune your calorie/fluid intake so the change is minimal but very relevant to you!
The fee for this service is £15 which will need to be paid on submission of the completed food journal.
