We know even the hardest of hard core trainers need a change in routine to keep them keen so every now and then we will offer the chance to do something totally different; We will take you to places like ‘winter hill’ and let you sample some hard core hill training, this will test you and show you another depth to fitness work, keeping the interest and keeping the body under strain. We will go swimming doing swimming sessions to show you that a variety in training work works the lungs and the body in a different way completely.
