Beginners class
Want to get fit but got no level of fitness and bothered about making a show of yourself with fit people around you?
Worry no more as we have listened to our customer base and as a result we now offer a ‘Beginners boot camp’ which is designed to get you from no fitness to a level of fitness where you will be comfortable to join in with other people.
This is a 4 week programme offering 12 sessions for the one off fee of £39.99 This is a class exclusively for people who want to get fit and have yet to start getting fit. You will be in sessions with likeminded people of a similar standard to yourself.
We will teach you how to do exercises correctly and safely at the same time as getting you fitter than you are now and fitter than you feel you could achieve. All 12 sessions are 1800hrs until 1845hrs on Monday/Wednesday/Friday evening.
After 4 weeks and 12 sessions you will be ready to join the main group of boot campers.
All you have to do now is pluck up the courage to book and pay for the sessions, see you soon and let’s get you on the way to a new you!
